She trusts that you will feel safe, seen, celebrated & supported by beautiful community too, in your year long transformation together!
Born, raised and educated in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, Kendra realized a job in Urban Planning was not what she wanted to do. She did want to travel after graduating and found herself in Germany with her boyfriend who was Canadian Military. After returning to Canada while he was in the Gulf War, she began working in sales. Not fulfilling, but happy to have a job, she was preparing for when her boyfriend got out of the army and returned to Canada. She was devastated when she received a letter from a mutual friend (before home computer days) letting her know her boyfriend was marrying someone else. This crushed her and defined her for several years. She managed to dig herself out of the that pit of depression and helplessness and met the love of her life, her current husband.
Fast forward through administrative and sales jobs and starting a family, Kendra became an Independent Consultant with Arbonne. Allowing her to stay home with her children while growing her business, she was enjoying freedom and flexibility. She grew her team to the level of Regional Vice President. Her team slowly quit and she took it very personally. She assumed she must not have been an effective leader if these consultants left. Her self worth took another beating. Unable to shake her passion for serving people and making a difference, she continued with her Arbonne business, determined to do the personal growth necessary to become whole and confident again.
Recently, she encountered a situation where she was called to stand up for herself. Although it took some time, she finally did. She realized that if she didn't stand up to the bully, how could she ever expect either of her children to stand up to the "mean kids". Becoming completely unattached to the outcome, she found peace and strength.
Today she is determined to help others be the best they can be...going from being a "crap-magnet" to a "miracle magnet"!
Mental Health . Financial Health . Mindset Shift
Working with Denise will help you shift your mindset from negative to positive. She will motivate you to use the tools needed to transform your life to be your best you! Denise’s positive energy is contagious! Her kind, generous and caring soul provides a safe environment for everyone to feel at home in her community. Participants can expect a pep-talk from Denise, helping them to discover they have the power within themselves to get through any hardship or difficult time.
Denise was born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario. After high school she attended Lakehead University in Thunder Bay where she acquired an Honours Bachelor of Physical Education Degree and a Bachelor of Education Degree.
While at Lakehead, Denise was manager of the Women’s Varsity Basketball team. It was through a friend on the team that she met her now husband. However things did not start out great in their relationship, they had some challenges to overcome. Some family members did not accept that Denise was dating a black man. A mixed relationship in the late 80’s was still hard to accept for many people.
But their love and deep faith kept the two together, despite what others thought. Today they are still happily married after 26 years and together they have 2 daughters; Julia 20 and Lysa 18.
After university, Denise got a job with the Waterloo Catholic District School Board; the board she grew up in. She grew as a teacher and leader over 23 years with the board. Teaching in the areas of Phys. Ed., Religion, ESL, Student Success, Special Education, Denise’s passion to teach grew stronger each year. She knew she was making a difference in the lives of her students and was grateful each day to be working in a job she loved.
In 2012, alongside teaching, Denise started a network marketing health and wellness business. She continued to grow herself through courses, speakers, and mentors. However after 5 years in the business, Denise realized she was not being her authentic self. She was chasing material rewards, rather than focusing on helping others. It was not who she was, even though it was a great learning experience, she decided it was not a good fit for her.
Throughout their marriage, Denise and Derryck struggled financially due to various factors. But they kept taking it one day at a time and made it work. Denise knows what it is like to live from pay cheque to pay cheque while raising a family and how it can affect other areas of your life; these were some of the dark times in Denise’s life. She felt stuck in life and like a failure, she was depressed. After visiting her doctor and advised to take time off work, Denise sought counselling...the BEST thing ever!! She found her personal power after reading the book “The Magic” by Rhonda Byrne. Denise made daily habits of gratitude practices, making gratitude a huge part of her life, which ultimately shifted her mindset from negative to positive. This mindset shift was truly what helped Denise get out of her darkness, finding hope and joy.
Despite financial struggles, at the age of 49, Denise felt a calling to leave the school board and pursue other passions to make a difference in the world, using her teaching and leadership gifts to bring hope to others who were struggling with life’s challenges. Denise was inspired to write a book called “The Fighter Within: Beating life’s challenges one day at a time”. She spoke at schools and other groups as a keynote speaker. It was not an easy move to make, as many nay-sayers had a lot to say about leaving a secure teaching career in times of financial struggles. However, the stress of the job was taking a toll on Denise’s health and it was the right decision for her.
The flexibility of this move allowed Denise to be very present in her teen daughters’ lives which ended up to be a blessing in disguise as it was during this time Denise’s daughters needed her most. Each daughter was struggling with their own mental health issues; Julia, having been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) when she was 6, was suffering with diabetes burnout and depression. And Lysa was suffering silently with anxiety. Denise lives by the motto “Everything happens for a reason”. She has never regretted taking an early retirement from teaching.
Over the past few years, Denise has taken a keen interest in the importance of mental health. She teamed up with a registered psychotherapist and together they created 2 mental health programs; one called “You Got This!” a holistic mental health program for people struggling, feeling stuck, and needing some inspiration. And the second called “Mind Boost”, a mental health program for people living with Type 1 Diabetes and their caregivers.
It took some time for Denise to find her authentic self again after leaving the school board. It took many trials and errors, she realized things would happen when they were meant to happen, not when she wanted them to. And now, with her passion, gifts and experiences, she is so excited to be sharing her transformation story, not only with her audiences she speaks to, but now as a Miracle Mindset Mentor. Denise is super excited and beyond grateful to serve others this way; to help them find their personal power, shift their mindset and transform their lives in a positive way.
Overcoming Depression . Spiritual Development . Self Worth
Working with Jennifer will provide you with a caring and empathetic friend. Someone who will have your back, who'll shine a light while you do the work to become your best self. Jennifer will be the best encourager always and your biggest cheerleader. Jennifer strives to help every individual to the best of her ability, to feel safe, seen, celebrated and supported, allowing the space and grace for the healing required in a goal oriented manner.
Hi There! Pleased to make your acquaintance! My name is Jennifer and I would like to share a bit about myself!
I was a single mom for 8 years to a beautiful boy (who is now almost 21!!) and about 6 years ago became the official step-mom to 3 angry teens (their father had to remove them from a very difficult situation and moved them many kilometres away from everything they knew). Needless to say it was tough for all of us and I can honestly say I didn’t show up at my best. Structure and control have always been a strong act for me and it certainly didn’t suit this situation when I should have come from a place of empathy and love. We managed (barely) and I was often in a state of depression, anger and resentment. I began drinking very heavily to “deal” with my emotions.
In the process hurting myself and those around me. Love Your Vibe came into my life in my darkest hour. The tools presented to me seemed “doable” and although I worked some of them, I truly didn’t commit to my journey of personal healing and self-love. Money was an issue, my marriage was all but falling apart and I couldn’t see out of the fog of resentment, anger, self-pity and self-loathing.
I realized, just over a year ago, that if my life was going to get better on ALL fronts, IT WAS UP TO ME!!!!! So I committed to doing the work. I committed to the journaling, personal development and self-care required to raise my vibration. Understand I still have dark days but now with my “Love your Vibe” tools the darkness doesn’t have its claws in me as deep and I can bring MYSELF out in less than a day!!! I recently experienced what Elvira calls a blessed breakdown, and boy did it snap something inside me! My best friend of 7 years whom I’ve known for 16 years cut me entirely out of her life…I mean BLOCKED me on everything! I was shocked! I knew we had been growing apart as my personal development was manifesting, and as she took on an extremely long distance and stressful job. I also believed that in time we would no longer remain the “best friends” we had once been, because I understand that the old…unless it changes with you will no longer serve the new and I knew as I started trusting myself, and not allowing others (her) to dictate my life, things would change, but never thought that my inner strength would push her to shut me completely out of her life. And to seal the deal she wrote a letter to end all letters and signed it “the friend who held out the longest”.
I think I can honestly say if this had happened 2 years ago I would have ended up in the hospital. I want you to know that ITS OK to leave behind the old...ALL the “old”, the behaviour, the friends, maybe even some family won’t like the blossoming new you…AND THAT’S OK! Truly it is… She was my first but perhaps not my last!! Upon the release of the bondages of this “friendship” I feel lighter, happier, the relationship with my husband and alcohol has changed overnight.
I believe that the tools gifted to me from Elvira and my own spiritual development brought me out on the other side of this in less than 3 weeks and the person that I am now… I feel it…it’s who I’ve always been meant to be…it’s who was always inside but I believed I wasn’t good enough to feel this good. I felt like I had to follow her “lead” because she was all knowing (how silly of me eh? I mean c’mon!!). The anger is gone, the resentment and self-loathing is GONE…my marriage is this beautiful flower that has finally gotten the nourishment it needed and its blossoming into a great love story. I trust my husband and more importantly I trust MYSELF. I listen to my “gut”. I no longer people please. I know I’m meant for more in this life and SO ARE YOU.
If you resonate with anything that I have shared, perhaps I can help…it would be my greatest honour to serve you during your journey and remind you of your greatness as Elvira reminded me. I’m no coach but a mentor YES and a constant work in progress! NAMASTE, Jennifer xoxo

Work with Alison to become the best you can be...go from being a "crap-magnet" to a "miracle magnet"!
Alison was born, raised and educated in the Greater Toronto Area. She was afforded every opportunity growing up in a loving family. At the age of 12, during her primary growth period, she was diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome, a childhood kidney disease. Seven weeks before the end of school she was hospitalized and put on large doses of medication for the next 6 months. As an adolescent with a childhood disease, medication dosing was at best a guess. The ensuing side effects of the drugs were dramatic, and returning to school the following year, both teachers and friends didn’t recognize her. But, she was in full remission by November. High school wasn’t anything remarkable, always the chameleon, Alison had friends in all social groups but wasn’t really part of any specific group. University followed with a degree in Psychology and English.
After University her love of travel was sparked studying in France for a summer and traveling around Europe. She secured a job in the Financial Industry after her return. She thought she wanted to be a stock broker, until she worked daily with them, the intense personalities and the hustle of the industry for several years. Jobs in several other industries followed, always bouncing around and never quite fitting in and finding the “career” she loved.
Once her first child was born, she stayed home for a year quickly realizing a return to the corporate 9-5 world wasn’t going to work. She got physically ill at the thought of returning to an industry and job she didn’t love as the end of maternity leave neared. Always feeling “like she was playing hookey” she was able to stay home through her second pregnancy and after her second child was born. It never felt right, like something was missing, after all, like so many others, she had been taught to go school, get a good education, then get a job, work through the ranks and eventually retire. Only years later did she realize why a 9-5 job never felt right and she never found one she loved and wanted to work at as a career. She had been a square peg in a round hole.
When her children were 6 and 4, she found a business she could align with and began as a brand ambassador with that company. She loved it, was out with adults, and had a purpose and rose to a high level with in the company within 2 years, only to become sick 7 months later which halted her business in its’ tracks. Years later, she realized she had been in business doing what was expected of her the way she was told it “worked”. Unfortunately, that way of doing business wasn’t authentic to Alison so she ended up with a complicated case of Mononucleosis. For 3 months she was incapable of returning a 2 line email because her body (and brain) had shut down with exhaustion, mental confusion and liver complications. Only 18 months later did she feel “recovered” to about 80%.
She stepped back into her business which had flattened and dipped due to her inability to work and devote the hours necessary to the business. She developed eczema on her face and severe digestive issues. It took over a year to figure out she was allergic to dairy, most likely a side effect of a depleted immune system due to the Mononucleosis. Unfortunately, her primary business at the time was representing personal care products, facial products and make up, most of which she couldn’t use because of her eczema. Depression followed once the food allergies manifested more frequently and her confidence sank to nothing.
During this time, she was getting up “because of my kids”. A usual happy person as her friends would describe her, “the happy, fun and positive one”, she was anything but happy. One day she woke up and decided she didn’t want to live like that for the rest of her life. A massive personal growth journey ensued once that decision was made. An avid fiction reader, to the tune of over 50 books a year, she didn’t pick up anything other than personal growth books for the next 4 years.
As she worked on healing herself both physically and emotionally, her spiritual side became more pronounced. Suddenly, her entire life made sense, the premonitions, the really big “gut feelings” and the avoidance of crowds, events and people had a reason. She was delving into her spiritual side and had to accept the truth. She had never fit in any group and merely had acquaintances other than a small handful of life long friends, it’s who she was and is. A chameleon flitting around the edges, friends with everyone but never getting too close. And she started having vivid dreams that would shift her thinking and spirit as her gifts were beginning to open up. She started intuitive readings with Tarot Cards as the conduit and found a gift she had always pushed down, as coincidence. She could accurately read things about people she had just met, often bringing them to tears because she was able to convey truth to them using her intuitive gifts.
Alison still wasn’t in a place of ease, and her health was still unresolved, she got more tired and unsettled as time passed, knowing something wasn’t right. Results from blood tests revealed an autoimmune disease, Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism. Everything was explained, especially the daily and debilitating exhaustion. The spiritual universe had whacked her on the head once again, stopping her dead in her tracks with illness. She was not living life as she was meant to live it.
Once she accepted her spiritual side and began growing with it, her intuition and empathetic growth was rapid, revealing other gifts such as mediumship and angel connections. She was finally accepting of who she was and the downloads were fast and often overwhelming. With the help of spiritual mentors, she was able to navigate several spiritual hurdles, including attachments (both living and deceased spirits), a haunting and being able to smell spirits. For a woman who would have thought all of that completely insane even 6 years before, it was enlightening.
Having to completely switch up who you are, doing a 180 degree turn of how you’ve lived your life and what you believe after several decades on this planet has been challenging. It has also been incredibly rewarding, Alison has met the most amazing people who align with her and are like friends she has had for many years, after only days or months. Her spiritual gifts are mostly under control and she has learned how to control them. As a Whole Wellness Mentor, she is able to teach others who are experiencing similar situations how to navigate their new life. The health struggles have given her a vast knowledge of how our bodies work and an acute awareness of her own being, slowly healing it from many years of chronic illness. As she says, I felt good but I know I can feel Great. It has been a long healing journey that continues but with some incredible lessons, friends and opportunities along the way.
Alison has found her place in this world with an open heart, living love and joy everyday and helping others realize their true purpose in life. If she can help one person bring more love and joy into their life, she has done her job and improved the world.

When you subscribe to the Love Your Vibe Transformation with Eleanor as your Mentor, you will be welcomed to a safe and secure place where everyone is celebrated and supported. She is pleased to hold space for your insight and processing with hope, inspiration and tools for your personal journey. Her gifts include emotional intelligence with compassion and empathy, with techniques including Reiki and acupressure tapping to facilitate mental, emotional and spiritual shifts for your highest good!
Eleanor Hayward was born and raised in the High Park area of Toronto, then moved to Milton in her tweens. Looking back, she realizes how ego and communication challenges rooted in trauma, with resulting power struggles & addictions broke up her small family. She was effectively raised to be modest, speak only when spoken to, though an active mind with love of reading with healthy skepticism fostered; she now considers curiosity as one of her super-powers! Girl Guides of Canada nurtured in her an early appreciation and respect for nature, yet dismay was instilled at how humans commonly treat their environment and neighbouring species with disregard. Inspired by the sciences and a love for kinesthetic touch, she became a registered massage therapist, settling in Halton Region as an RMT with passion for holistic healing.
As a young adult Eleanor was introduced to a book, The Celestine Prophecy, which began to turn her mind, heart & life around. She identified that she engaged in manipulative energetic patterns such as the bully/victim and interrogator/aloof dynamics, so started her journey of self development to heal the root traumas of these behaviours. Discovering the world of healing energies through Reiki and acupressure-based EFT, she realized how little she actually knew about the human body and the planet we live on; humility and gratitude were a big part of her path to healing. She practices deeper compassion from her other super-power gift of empathy. These lessons and more were integrated into her professional practice as value-added services of wellness coaching.
Eleanor’s path led to LegalShield, a business to share memberships with affordable access to justice 24/7. She learned if you don’t know your rights, you don’t have any; a paradigm clearly in need of shifting. Moving into the world of sales with a tendency to rush & blush in public speaking, she faced her greatest fear of judgement and joined a club of Toastmasters International. With practice she gained communication & leadership skills, a surprising boost in confidence, and learned that life is more about what you hear than what she says. She used this foundation to continue building MiltonGreen Environmental Association Inc. which with her service, co-founded as a not-for-profit organization to educate, empower & engage the community in sustainable solutions with various events, projects & advocacy initiatives; much easier said than done!
When her intimate relationship upsettingly came to residential separation, in transition she decided to pursue higher education in the direction of mental health care so she moved to Hamilton for McMaster University where she is studying towards a degree in Social Psychology with a minor in Political Science. Prompted by current events, she sees the need for institutional guidance to social & environmental justice; with a nudge from the Universe, the Green Party engaged her as a candidate for Ontario in 2018, and now Canada federally, representing Milton for people planet & prosperity.
A networking colleague of the inspiring Elvira V. Hopper, 'The Love Your Vibe Transformation' she founded, resonates with Eleanor’s experience and vision for personal empowerment, so people can learn to be lovingly supported to transcend their own fears and integrate the personal darkness of mental, physical and relational ego identities. Her purpose is served when people learn to live their best lives and most importantly, leave the world a better place. Eleanor is very excited to hold space and share lessons for her tribe's self and community development!
Overcoming Depression . Self Worth . Relationships
Work with Elizabeth to become the best you can be...go from being a "crap-magnet" to a "miracle magnet"!
Being the youngest of 7, I grew up in a house of noise, chaos and clutter.
My parents both lived through The Depression and the Second World War, and their mindsets reflected that period of lack.
We lived under the poverty line, although I didn’t know we were poor.
I just knew everyone else had more.
My mother suffered from bipolar disorder. And I do mean suffered. She was institutionalized, and underwent shock treatment on and off, for many years.
With so many people in one house, noise was a fact of life, and with my mother’s emotional outbursts, and subsequent suicidal tendencies, chaos was always close at hand. With my mother fighting her own demons and my father working long days to make ends meet, the clutter started creeping in.
Despite all of that, my mother was a fighter, and a strong woman who taught her children good values, to love each other and to always be kind.
I loved my mother and admired all that she did, but I did not want to be like my mother in the way she could not get a handle on the “stuff”.
I lived many years on my own, and kept a very clean, organized place.
However, once I married, and had 3 children, my space soon started looking like my mother’s.
I woke up one day and I was my mother, I woke up the next day and was worse than my mother.
I had never had great self worth growing up. Too many sisters imposing their thoughts on me.
Not a lot of friends, and too many boyfriends with not my best interests at heart.
I married a wonderful man, but he too carried his own baggage of negative self-worth.
We were both laid off from our jobs, and then health issues started to appear.
Before we knew it, we were in so much debt, that the only options left to us were selling our home and declaring bankruptcy.
Self reflection saved my sanity and kept my marriage together.
Once I realized that I had options, that I had choices, my self worth improved dramatically.
When I realized that I had gotten to where I was because of the choices I made…I was mad, that I had no one else to blame, but myself.
However, with that realization, I was also freed…because if my choices got me to this despicable place in my life, then my choices from that day forward would get me to the life I wanted to lead.
I am worthy, and no one’s opinion about me matters, except my own.
My life struggles were not a punishment, but rather a training ground, so that I could one day help others reclaim their lives. I look forward to helping others.
I am truly honoured that my life experiences have put me in a position that I can help others.
I am here to humbly serve.

Sarah became a creative arts therapist in 2005 after learning that the non verbal expressive arts was a safe way to express herself and her truth. She grew up in a family system, where although there was love and good intention, it more often translated as ridicule, control, and judgment. Sarah has a background in her career of working with attachment disorders, A variety of transitional life challenges, juvenile delinquents, and chronic and pervasive mental illnesses.
But what really got Sarah passionate about love and relationships is what happened in her personal love journey.
When she got married in the year 2006, she was doing what she believed was “the right thing” to do. She had been living together with her ex-husbands parents the prior few years and they had become family. There were warning signs present and her inner voice whispered that she wasn’t moving in a direction that was aligned with what was best. She was too afraid to take any action, afraid of hurting his family or messing up, so she just ignored the feelings and dismissed them. A year later, she gave birth to her amazing daughter and things started to go downhill very quickly. Her ex-husband was facing a spiraling drug addiction that caused multiple traumas, run-ins with law enforcement, theft, loss of trust, and most sadly the breakdown of her family. It took a long time, soul searching, support from professionals, and diving deep into her spirituality to get through the custody and divorce process. Eventually she felt ready to explore dating and the possibility of rebuilding what she felt she lost.
She then met the father of her youngest daughter at a Buddhist conference. They ended up connecting and becoming friends. At a certain point, they decided to try a long distance relationship. She believed in her heart that she was choosing so wisely this time around. She looked up to him and believed that he wouldn’t have the capacity do anything close to what she had experienced before. He was the total opposite of her ex husband in so many ways. She trusted him with her heart, but to a fault. They were working on building together and she fell pregnant with their daughter. Just like in her marriage, this is when things went downhill fast. He moved to the east coast when she was 5 months pregnant and shared that he cheated on her a month prior to conceiving their daughter and that he was not happy in the relationship. He then broke up with her. To say she was devastated was an understatement.
After crying daily for days and going through the mourning process, she was ready to seek a solution for why this was repeating in her life. She dove deep into learning about love, spirituality, manifestation, reality, and healing. She was not willing to just eat worms in her life and be forced to like it. She was determined to find a solution and to make it her personal mission to help others understand their true power and discover the love that is there for them.
