OK... can I be REAL honest with you? Today's message is really short & sweet because I just finished speaking at an incredible gala tonight and I'm dead tired...lol!

It's a simple reminder that your 'inner validation'...what YOU think of YOU... matters more than 'outer validation'... what anyone else could EVER think of you. Do you value other's opinions of you more than your own? If so...just get really aware & present and decide if you wish to continue this depleting behavior...or if you are ready to let it go.
