Today's FAB Friday is for anyone who has ever felt like a prisoner inside their own mind.
Trapped. Looping. Running the same painful thoughts on repeat until you almost couldn't function.
That was Supriya.
From the outside, she looked like someone who had it together. A beautiful woman. Fifteen years in marketing and communications. Corporate experience. An entrepreneurial spirit. A genuine gift for helping people heal.
But inside?
"I felt mentally trapped inside my own ruminating thoughts," she told me. "My own loops that I kept playing in my head. I could not stop. To the point where I almost couldn't function."

She started posting dancing videos on TikTok. On Facebook. Places her family could see.

People weren't just liking the videos. They were commenting. Engaging. Reaching out. One of her close family friends even pulled her aside at a party and said:
"It wasn't just you dancing. Your energy is SO free now."
That was the moment she knew something real had changed.
"I feel very light in the morning," she told me recently. "A lot of stuff has just become easy. Elvira makes it easy. Because it is. I was just making it so difficult before."
Supriya is the hero of her own story now.
Not the woman hiding behind a corporate mask. Or the one trapped in ruminating loops at 3am. Or waiting for permission to be herself. Nah…
The free one. The dancing one. The one whose energy lights up every room she walks into.
