L’il Bold Ladies Club Announcement

I'm SO excited to share a beautiful collaboration that you can be a part of, if you live in the GTA ☆

Let me tell you about my incredible partner.

At 40, Lois closed her massage therapy practice.

Three surgeries. Health issues that had been building since she was 19. The career she'd built and the identity she'd built with it was gone.

She remembers the question that followed her into that blank space:

Who am I and what am I if I don't have a job?

One afternoon she grabbed some paints. Slapped them around. Blew them with a straw.

That was her first painting.

No idea what she was doing. She just knew she needed to MAKE something.

Twenty-seven years later, Lois is an artist, a published author, and a woman who took to the stage last year to deliver her own comedy monologue.

She finally stopped waiting for permission.

There's a question that follows a lot of women I know.

Is this ALL there is?

You hold everything together. The appointments, the family, the requests that never stop coming. You're good at it. You've always been good at it.

But somewhere underneath it all, something keeps asking.

You've tried to answer it. The books. The courses. The yoga class that relaxes your body but doesn't touch the thing underneath. None of it moved what needed moving.

It all worked from the outside in.

What have I learned after years of working with women who carry that question?

It isn't another framework or a five-step plan.

It's an Activation.

I know this from my own life.

For years I was a multi-award-winning pharmaceutical sales rep who was dying inside. Living so far out of alignment that I looked older at 30 than I do now at nearly 64. I was good at the job. I was miserable doing it.

Underneath all of it, my childhood dream of being up on stage singing my heart out, would rear it's crazy head.

During the 80's I was pretty much a crappy karaoke singer and laughed it off when people told me to stop hogging the mic…lol…I had every reason not to try. People told me it was too late for me.

I got sick of being told to shut up. I took some lessons. I learned how to sing properly.

At 51, I stepped onto a world-class jazz stage for the first time. I thought of my father. He could sing like Pavarotti, but never did anything with his talent. I refused to make the same choice.

Today I'm a professional jazz recording artist who wows celebrities and wins awards. Fully aligned. Fully myself. Living proof that it is never too late to become who you were always meant to be.

Lois and I, we’re not just facilitators who bring you a retreat.

We are Activators, who will activate something in ALL of our guests.

We’re two women who lived the question "Is this ALL there is?" and we chose to live our AUTHENTIC lives.

We believe in growing BOLDER, not just OLDER.

On Sunday, October 18th from 10 am to 4 pm, we are co-hosting something VERY special.

☆ The L'il Bold Ladies Club ☆

A day-long creative retreat for women 55+ held in her beautiful private home in Ancaster, Ontario - co-facilitated by the extraordinary Lois Lenarduzzi & I!

Six hours. Ten women. That's it.

Here's what the day holds:

Somatic Movement and Breathwork: We begin in the body. Because you can't write your truth until your body lets go of what it's holding. You don't need to know how to dance. You just need to be willing to move.

Deep-Dive Writing: A guided prompt takes you somewhere you couldn't get to on your own. Not journalling. A specific exercise designed to surface what's true underneath the noise. Bring five of your favourite quotes. You'll need them.

Intentional Art-Making: Paint. Markers. Pastels. Your five quotes. And a blank canvas that becomes something only you could make. All supplies included. No experience required. What you make, you take home.

Create-Your-Own DELICIOUS Buddha Bowl: Lunch isn't an intermission. It's part of the day. Ten women. Unhurried. Talking about the morning like it actually happened to them. Because it did.

Sacred Sound Bath: I close the day the way I know best. My trained voice. Crystal bowls. Ancient instruments. You'll float out of this space. That's not a figure of speech.

This probably isn't for you if you're looking to sit back and be entertained.

But if you've said "I'm not creative" at least once in your life and you're not entirely sure you believe it anymore, this day is for you.

If you know there's more in store, and you're willing to explore, this day is for you.

If you want to be in a room with women who are there for the same reason. To show up and become more themselves, this day is for you.

As one woman said after being in the room with Lois and me:

"Be prepared to laugh, cry, and be seen."

That's the promise.

At Your Service,

E
