Last night I heard an incredible quote from Carl Jung for the very first time, and it sent chills through my entire being…

“No tree can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell.”

So many beautiful souls struggle with the “dark” parts of their story. The moments they wish never happened, the pain they’d rather forget, the mistakes and heartbreaks they judge themselves for.

But here’s the hard truth my love…
We often treat our pain like something shameful. Something to hide or push away. Yet the more we suppress it, the heavier it becomes.

We walk around thinking:
“Why did this happen TO me?”
“Why does it still hurt SO much?”
“What if I’m not as healed as I should be?”

And those questions quietly convince us that we’re broken or behind.

But you’re NOT. Your pain is not random. It is rootwork.

Jung’s quote reminded me of a sacred truth:

To rise, your roots must go deep.
To heal, you must first feel.
To grow toward the light, you must understand your shadow.

Your difficult chapters weren’t meant to destroy you. They were meant to strengthen your foundation so you could rise higher than you ever have before.

When you embrace your “roots in hell,” something beautiful happens:

You become unshakable, compassionate, wise… and able to hold space for others who are still navigating their darkness.
Imagine knowing, not just hoping, that the very things you once feared would break you…
are now the very things that make you magnetic, powerful, and deeply, deeply human.

Imagine using your lived experience to help another soul finally feel Safer, Seen, Celebrated & Supported.

That’s when your pain transforms into your purpose.

I’ve watched countless beautiful humans step into their healing gifts because of what they’ve overcome, not in spite of it.

And I believe with my whole heart that you might be one of them.

So let me ask you…
