Like a steady flame, your inner light & worth remains constant… whether others choose to bask in its warmth or not.
When someone’s actions feel heavy on your heart, pause and wrap yourself in the same compassion you so readily offer others.
You don’t need to dim your light to make others comfortable, nor brighten it to prove your value.
Being exactly who you are, with all your sensitivity and care, is MORE than enough.
Take these days to nurture yourself with the same tenderness you’d show your most cherished friend…or a baby ♡
Whether that means saying no to obligations that drain you, setting kind yet firm boundaries, or simply taking a quiet moment with a warm cup of tea – honor what your heart needs.
You are not responsible for how others choose to show up in their lives or yours.
Your only responsibility is to tend to your own wellbeing with love and grace.
Let this season be one where you celebrate your capacity to remain kind while protecting your peace, and staying anchored in the truth that: ‘You are enough’ ☆
Remember, the most beautiful gift you can give yourself is permission to stay true to your kind nature, especially when the world feels anything but kind.
