Today’s message is short & sweet. 

Why?

Because this week, I unplugged.

Like… really unplugged.

I was blessed to attend Sanctuary, a soul-nourishing international retreat in gorgeous Muskoka, Ontario, alongside 18 passionate entrepreneurs from all over the world committed to growing not just their businesses—but themselves.

And here’s the divine paradox:
By turning off, we truly turn on.
By stepping back, we return to our truth.

By pausing the hustle, we can truly reignite our Purpose.

I even had the honour of facilitating a transformational workshop, helping these brilliant souls recognize how abundant they already are—and how anchoring to the WHY behind each offering can amplify their impact and income with integrity.

The joy, connection, tears, laughter and clarity we experienced reminded me that our greatest business breakthroughs often come when we stop doing and simply be.

So here’s your loving permission slip this weekend:

 Step back.
 Breathe deeply.
 Reconnect with YOU.
 Let your inner wisdom lead.
