It can be totally exhausting.
The need to be perfect & in control stems from childhood trauma.
It CAN be overwhelming. But it can ALSO be overcome.
Trust me… if I could, anyone can.
Today I am REAL & NOT Perfect.
It is WAY MORE FUN on this side.
