OK... today's simple message is a very challenging one for many kind & heart-centred women.

We may have tended to cower to other's wishes either because we came from the generation that believed children were to be seen but not heard.

Perhaps we simply people pleased in order to feel loved and accepted.

Whichever way we became the compliant & fawning sensitive souls that we are...it can be downright challenging to speak our mind & risk judgement & rejection.

And yet...if we do not connect to OUR SOUL/TRUTH...and have the courage to speak & share it...we will forever be people pleasing and not OWN our 'personal power'. A life NOT FULLY self-expressed is a life wrought with challenges BIG & small.
