OK…….so as we have crossed the threshold into this bright new year of 2025, I want you to hear something powerful I recently channeled to serve my fellow heart-centred female entrepreneurs…especially.

**It’s NOT your fault.**

Those moments when you’ve dimmed your light, those times you’ve held back your wisdom, those instances when you’ve made yourself smaller to make others comfortable – none of that is your fault. 

The way you sometimes doubt your magic, question your worth, or hesitate to claim your full power – that’s not your fault either.

These traumas I call ‘Women Wounds’, weren’t created by you. 

They’re the echoes of generations of patriarchal conditioning that have taught women to doubt, diminish, and deny their inherent power. 

These include:

* The Mother Wound

* The Sister Wound

* The Witch Wound 

* The Mean Girl Wound

They’re the shadows cast by centuries of being told we’re 

‘too much’ or ‘not enough’.

But here’s the crucial truth that might be hard to hear: 

**While these wounds aren’t your fault, healing them is absolutely your responsibility.** 

Your Sacred Mission/Purpose/ WHY…your unique gifts, and the impact you’re meant to have in this world are too important to remain buried beneath these wounds.

Let’s be brutally honest about how these wounds show up in your business and life:

**Power Under** energy has you:

* People-pleasing yourself into exhaustion shoved in a box for others’ comfort
* Setting prices that undervalue your worth
* Hiding behind “I’m not ready yet” despite your clear expertise
* Over-delivering while feeling resentful
* Self-sabotaging just when success is within reach
* Letting Impostor Syndrome keep you playing too small 

Perhaps you have swung to the other extreme with **Power Over** energy:

* Becoming the ‘bitch/mean girl’ as a self protection 
* Using manipulation instead of authentic influence
* Comparing & competing rather than Collaborating & Co-creating
* Pushing people away before they can reject you
* Leading with aggression instead of assertion
* Wearing ‘busy’ and ‘hustle’ as badges of honor

Both are symptoms of the same wounds, different sides of the same coin. Both keep you from your True/ Authentic Power.

But there’s another way dear soul siSTARS: 

**Power With** energy

When you consistently do your Inner Work to heal these wounds, you naturally evolve into ‘Power With’ energy. 

This is where your true magic lies. In this state:

* You Collaborate & Co-Create instead of Compare & Compete
* You influence through inspiration rather than manipulation
* You price your services with confident clarity
* You lead with both strength and heart
* You become a natural Miracle Magnet, attracting exactly what you need to serve the world in a way that only YOU can
* You serve from a place of fullness, not depletion
* You show up as authentically you – no masks, no apologies

This is what happens when you take responsibility for healing your ‘Women Wounds’. 

You stop operating from fear and start operating from faith in your own magic. 

You shift from being on a Scared Mission to being on a Sacred Mission. 

Think about it: How many women could you inspire by showing up as yourself FULLY in your BRILLIANCE? 

How many more lives could you touch by leading from your healed, whole heart? 

How many other women might find the courage to heal their own wounds by watching you heal yours?

Our world desperately needs your magic – not the dimmed-down version, not the aggressive compensation, but your aligned, authentic and fully self expressed fierce yet humble self.

Every day you stay small or swing between these wounded extremes is a day the world misses out on your unique medicine.

Remember: You’re not broken. You don’t need fixing. You’re a magnificent being who has simply forgotten her TRUE nature. 

And it’s time – time to remember, time to reclaim, time to rise ☆

Your Mission matters. 

Your Magic matters.
