Ok Elvira...have you ever noticed that even the plainest (by worldly standards) of people who are truly happy and living in alignment with their TRUE self...look beautiful to you?
It's a fascinating fact that 'our thoughts change our cells' (Bruce Lipton: 'The Biology of Belief')...so we can actually look better if we are truly happy....hmmm!
Personally, I look at pictures of me at 30, when I was living out of alignment with my truth in the male dominated field of lab equipment sales...and I can honestly tell you I looked older then I do now at 55.
It's kind of crazy & amazing how living connected to my authentic heart & soul has changed me on the outside too.
