In light of the holidays…often a very challenging time for us heart-centred humans, I felt inspired to share this gentle, important reminder.

No matter what anyone says or doesn’t say…
No matter what anyone does or doesn’t do…
No matter how confusing, disappointing, or triggering things may feel…

Your peace does not have to be shaken.
Your heart does not have to close.

For many of us, our family of origin is one of our greatest classrooms.

These are the people who know exactly where the buttons are and sometimes press them without even realizing it.

Being triggered is one option.
A very human one.

But it is not the only option.

You can choose peace anyway.
You can choose joy anyway.
You can choose love anyway.

Not by bypassing your feelings.
Not by pretending everything is fine.

But by doing the Inner Work that allows you to stay anchored in who you truly are, even when others are not.

The holidays are powerful mirrors.
They don’t create our wounds… they reveal them.

And that revelation is not a punishment, it’s an invitation.

An invitation to respond differently.
To regulate instead of react.
To stay sovereign instead of spiralling.

This is how we move from being a triggered Crap Magnet
to becoming a grounded, self-led Miracle Magnet ✨

✨It’s not about changing them.
✨It’s about choosing you.
✨Over and over again.

And here’s the part I really want you to hear:

You don’t have to flail your way through this alone.
