Have you ever met someone whose wisdom carried you through one of the darkest chapters of your life? Someone who helped you remember who you truly are?

This week, my heart is tender as I share that a truly extraordinary woman, Tammy Cunningham, transitioned from this world yesterday.

Tammy was instrumental in training my beloved team and me to hold the safest space possible for transformation. Her teachings have deeply touched every heart within The Love Your Vibe Transformation (TLYVT) community, and her legacy will live on through every soul who feels Safer, Seen, Celebrated & Supported in our sacred spaces.

I first discovered Tammy during one of the most humbling chapters of my journey. My very first international retreat in Tuscany, Italy.

What began as a dream come true quickly turned into a nightmare when one participant became deeply triggered and threatened to harm others. 

I was blindsided, terrified, and left feeling like Persona Non Grata at my own retreat. Every facilitator’s worst fear had come true.

That breakdown became a divine turning point. 🌈

It cracked me open to one of the greatest lessons I’ve ever learned: how to hold “Safer Space.”

Tammy often spoke of “Hijackers.” Those whose unhealed pain can take down a room, an event, or even a movement if not met with deep awareness and compassion. 

She taught that true safety isn’t about control; it’s about presence. The kind that allows love to lead, even when chaos tries to take over.

When I returned home from Italy, I reached out to Tammy immediately. She met me with such grace, grounded wisdom, and love that my fear of leading dissolved. I was never again afraid to facilitate groups.

Because of her, I learned that safety is not the absence of conflict: it’s the presence of compassion.

Tammy had trained Landmark Education leaders, and even they said she was a better teacher than Landmark’s own trainers. That’s how extraordinary she was.

Her legacy continues to ripple outward: my beautiful right-hand woman, Eleanor Hayward, took Tammy’s teachings, infused them with her own brilliance, and created an even more bespoke and powerful training for our TLYVT team.

Thanks to Tammy, none of us will ever have to experience the humiliation or fear that I once did.

So today, I bow deeply in gratitude to you, dear Tammy. 🌹

You were a heart-centered yet powerfully embodied woman whose work will continue to shape lives for generations.

Though your time here was far too short, your legacy of love, safety, and transformation lives on. Through me, through my team, and through every soul we serve.

Because of you, I no longer lead from fear. I lead from love.
